What IndiaMedHealth does
IndiaMedHealth is an international patient-coordination service based in Gurugram, India. We help patients and families organise the practical and communication side of seeking medical treatment in India.
Depending on the case, this can include collecting medical reports, arranging specialist opinions, coordinating appointments, helping patients compare treatment pathways and hospital options, supporting medical-visa and travel planning, assisting during treatment, and helping maintain contact with the treating team after the patient returns home.
What IndiaMedHealth does not do
IndiaMedHealth is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy or medical practice. We do not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment or replace the treating doctor. Clinical recommendations, risks, expected outcomes and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified doctors and hospitals.
Personal coordination
Rajat Mittal is a Chartered Accountant by training who now works full-time in international patient coordination. Years of working with doctors, hospitals and complex patients have given him strong practical familiarity with medical pathways, investigations, treatment planning and follow-up.
He is not a doctor and does not make clinical decisions independently. His role is to understand the situation well enough to ask useful questions, coordinate appropriate opinions, communicate with treating teams and remain involved through treatment and follow-up.
Patient-first coordination
International patients may be unfamiliar with the healthcare system they are entering. IndiaMedHealth aims to help them understand what is being proposed, what questions to ask and when an additional opinion may be useful. We do not promise a particular treatment, hospital, doctor or outcome.
