IndiaMedHealth is an international patient-coordination service based in Gurugram, India. This policy explains how information shared with us may be used when you contact us about medical treatment.

Information you may share

You may provide your name, contact details, country, medical history, medical reports, imaging, pathology reports, prescriptions and other health information needed to understand your request and coordinate appropriate medical opinions or treatment.

Why we use this information

We use information you choose to share to communicate with you, understand the purpose of your enquiry, coordinate opinions or appointments with relevant doctors and hospitals, support travel or treatment logistics, and assist with follow-up where requested.

Medical reports and sensitive health information

Medical information is sensitive. We aim to share it only with doctors, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, logistics providers or other service providers that are reasonably necessary to fulfil the service you have asked us to coordinate, and only to the extent required for that purpose.

By sending medical information to IndiaMedHealth and asking us to obtain opinions or coordinate care, you authorise us to share relevant information with appropriate providers for that purpose. You may withdraw that permission for future sharing by contacting us, subject to information already shared or records that must be retained by law or legitimate administrative requirements.

Communication channels

Patients commonly contact IndiaMedHealth by WhatsApp, telephone or email. These services are operated by third parties and have their own privacy and security practices. Please avoid sending information you do not consider necessary for your enquiry.

Retention and deletion

We aim to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for patient coordination, follow-up, record-keeping, legal obligations or dispute resolution. You may ask us to correct or delete information we hold where deletion is legally and operationally permissible.

International sharing

Because IndiaMedHealth assists international patients, information may be shared across borders when needed to coordinate your requested care. Different countries may have different data-protection standards.
