Rajat Mittal is a Chartered Accountant by training, but his professional work today is centred on helping international patients navigate medical treatment in India.
Over many years, he has worked closely with doctors, hospitals and patients across a wide range of medical conditions. This sustained exposure to clinical discussions, investigations, treatment planning and follow-up has given him strong practical familiarity with medical pathways and healthcare systems.
He is not a doctor and does not make medical decisions independently. His role is to understand the situation well enough to ask useful questions, communicate effectively with specialists and recognise when a proposed treatment, investigation or cost may deserve closer scrutiny or another medical opinion.
More than logistics
International patients can be especially vulnerable when they are far from home and unfamiliar with a healthcare system. Rajat helps them organise the process and understand what questions need to be asked.

Continuity beyond India
For many patients, IndiaMedHealth's role does not end at hospital discharge. Rajat often remains involved after patients return home — coordinating follow-up reports, further opinions and continuity of prescribed treatment.
