An unexpected problem while travelling

The patient was visiting India when significant shoulder pain became difficult to manage. IndiaMedHealth arranged evaluation at two hospitals so that he could understand the diagnosis and available options.

Choosing treatment

After reviewing the specialist opinions, he chose treatment at Medanta in Gurugram. According to his testimonial, he underwent arthroscopic cyst decompression with SLAP and posterior labral repair and later travelled back to the UK after recovery.

What the case demonstrates

For some international patients, speed matters. Just as important is having enough information to make a decision rather than being channelled directly into the first available procedure.
